Planned Parenthood

Seems that a video might have caught someone at Planned Parenthood, dealing with a research outfit interested in baby parts for research.  So does this mean that a fetus is not worth being born, but is yet  valuable for body parts once dead?  PP says it is not making any money off of this.  Well, that makes us all feel better!

  1. Does this also mean that donating one's body after death for research, a common practice, mean that body wasn't valuable and respected while live? I don't think so...
Choosing abortion rather than full term birth happens for a wide variety of reasons, but doesn't mean that the chooser didn't respect either the fetus or herself. Scientific research on body parts helps all of humanity.

    1. Being in the research world having worked at Johns Hopkins on donated bodies, there is a right and wrong way to claim and use tissues for research. As a researcher who believes in the sanctity of life, I would never ever consider purchasing anything from an institute that kills a healthy living being.

    2. If it is such a good thing then why does PP not simply say so, publicly announce it as such and get on with it? Simply saying that killing someone or fetus and donating to science is a good thing I bring up the Nazis and the Jews. Ask the Jew. Ask the fetus.

    3. Except that the baby in question didn't donate their body or choose to die! Abortion happens for a variety of reasons but none of them somehow magically make abortion right, and selling the child's body parts definitely doesn't remove the grave evil that was committed upon the child. It only make the evil committed even worse. Father is right, ask the baby if it thinks this is a good thing in the name of science. Oh wait, you can't....the baby is dead and sold in pieces. :( God forgive us all.
