Self-Esteem

 Do not focus so much on wanting glory, honor or praise from others.  It will bury humility and make a god of self-esteem.  Once self-esteem becomes a god, you can never get enough of it to satisfy.  You will become competitive for recognition.  You will calculate how you are better than someone else.  You compare and contrast. You will get resentful, and that list will grow long.  Develop the interior life.  You will realize you are loved by a power greater than yourself.  The good you do is from that power of Love.  You will break the bondage, the chains to self.
