Beware of judging atheists. I remember when one said to me they did not believe in a god. Their god was a doorknob. I thought that was kind of silly, but then again I witnessed this unbeliever growing into a mature person, being of service to others, not judgmental or resentful of life as it unfolded in people, place and situations. A whole new life seemed to be opened to this person by their doorknob god. Then again, doorknobs open doors. The person found a power that opened a door to a whole new life. It challenged me, a believer, to look at how I am growing…or not.
