Digging

 More gardening thoughts!  You cannot plant until you dig up the earth.  Disturb the earth so that it can then receive something new.  It is like a fourth step in Recovery Programs.  You have to dig into yourself and see what lies below the surface.  You might find some good and some not so good or even bad.  There is rich soil or not.  If not then you put in good soil.  There may be stones or garbage to be rid of.  Nothing good grows without digging and removal of what interferes with good growth.  I am like a garden and each day I have to check the soil of my soul.  Keep it rich for growth and remove anything that is not good for me.
