You may get a good night's sleep and think your irascible moods are behind you, or your bad choices are behind you. You feel good and ready for the day. But then stuff happens, moods return, shortcomings, emotional and mental all come up. Bad choices seem to look not so bad. What happened? Well, the enemy never sleeps. That is the thing about the dark side. It never needs sleep. It thrives in power when complacency takes over your itinerary for the day. "I am fine. I don't need to do thus and so today," and so on. Better to do good habits as a daily exercise rather than wait for desperation. It may be too late by then.
