Perplexed

 When some people feel they need more power to do something or avoid something, they go to the gym and get better fitness.  Or they try and make more money to solve an issue.  Or they shop for something like clothes, tools, technology upgrades.  And they get or think they get, more power, more control.  But some issues simply perplex us.  Nothing "out there" seems to solve our lack of power issue in this case.  Despair is one response.  Such solution can destroy us.  But maybe there is a power we cannot purchase.  Yet it has a cost.  We have to surrender our desire for control.  Then admit we have no control in some cases.  Instead of searching for a spiritual solution, why not seek someone who has found an answer for your lack of power?  I remember when there were alphabet listings in phone books.  I started with "A."  It did not take long.
