People say they love the lights at Christmas season. The tree lights and City Christmas decorations can be wonderful. I walking around San Francisco during the Christmas season and found that the City lights are better after dark. Light requires dark to be, well, light! So why do we fear the dark, but want the light of God in our lives. Meditation learns to handle the darkness, so that we can more likely enjoy and recognize the Light.
